WOW,

What a week. It started out pretty tough. Lots of crying and hurt feelings. But yesterday I got my haircut from the same hair dresser my mom goes too. Mom went first and talked to her and told her all about me being trans. I arrived and was greeted with open arms. I not quite ready to dress female full time so she did my hair just slightly fem. She was very sweet. We talked girl talk the whole time. I never thought I would be treated so well. Then today my parents went to talk with my GT because they had a bunch of question. That went really great. When they came home I met them outside to ask how it went. Mom walked into the house first and I looked at my dad and said "ladies first". It was all I could do to keep from breaking into tears right there. I smiled and walked in the house. I know that was very hard for him to do. That's a huge step for him. I could not ask for more.

Wow!  Congratulations!  That's a huge step.  It's so awesome to have supportive parents.  MASSIVE props to your dad on that one.

Wow, that's so wonderful to hear I almost cried.  I hope someday I'll have an experience like that.
