I got a... thingy... in my Christmas stocking.

There's a pocket on the back for cash and a zip pocket for change.
It fits great in my bag, but as you can see it's way bigger than my wallet. It sticks out of girl-pant pockets; haven't tried it in men's.

I'm not sure whether I like it or not.

That is pretty nice, though a lot bigger than what i need. I only have like 3 cards that ill ever need to use. But its perfect to just throw into a bag and forget about without it taking up a stupid amount of space or feeling like something that should be kept in a pocket. I've been looking online at wallets like that and from what I've seen their all large with colour or small and black only nothing in between  :( .

It looks cool Julian, but I'd be worried about losing the cards. I'm sort of paranoid about things like that.

I want a bifold now. The trifold I have always annoyed me a little, what with having to open it twice, but now that I've been forced to pay attention I don't like it.

I have a fairly nice 'cowgirl's wallet' that someone gave me  :)  Is Elliott Lucca a good brand?

Oh, I usually keep my money in the front pocket of my jeans, but if I'm dressed up I have a couple of clutches to choose from  :)

The denim skirts which are my ordinary wear have the same set of pockets as jeans, so there's no problem. Change in one front pocket, keys in the other front pocket, a small wallet with cards and notes in a back pocket.  That's a giveaway to pickpockets isnt it? But I'm sure there are none here!

My old car wallet has now given up, so inspired by the photo, I have bought myself a purple leather one...with white dots.

Purple with white dots.  Very .. hmmm ... very PicaPica of you    ;D

So would the bifold be the official androgyne preferred wallet

Seems we do prefer bifold. It's quick and easy to open, is why I want one and don't like my trifold. Plus, I don't actually fill all the pockets on my trifold. I dont't carry a lot of cards - one debit card, one credit card, student ID, driver's license.

I do like bifolds.

I carry so many cards though; I had to pare it way down for the purple wallet. The black trifold had 2 or 3 cards in each slot. Just off the top of my head I have my driver's license, student IDs from two institutions, 2 different library cards, debit card, health insurance card, fare cards from two train systems, and a couple gift cards.

So much of which is unnecessary. ::)

I used to have a bulky tri-fold wallet, then I went down to a slim bi-fold, and currently my wallet consists of a rubber band holding my cards and cash together in my front pocket. Loose change goes in my back pocket (including those gold presidential dollar coins that I like so much).

Loose change in your back pocket? Brilliant !  Way better place then scattered like bird seed around my room.
I hate having change in my front pockets so this might actually work for me

Be careful, people like me have a tendency to pick up scattered change. ;) My brother used to do that, and he honestly lost it all the time so I'd pick 'er up and put it in my own piggy bank. But now he wants to save money and has taken to throwing it in a box, so I respect that it's his now. :|

I have a rather odd change system that I developed years ago as a kid  :)  Whenever I come back from a store etc. I take all my money out and count it and sort it... All dollars plus two dimes, a nickel and four penny are set on a table, the quarters are put in a small basket next to the dollars for laundry... The rest of the loose change is put in a jar across the room

I always have 29 cents on me when I go out  8)

Mine came, it sits flat in any pocket, is made of good quality soft leather - I'm pretty pleased with it.

I was at a website yesterday, C-RED I think it was called, that sells slim front-pokcet wallets.  They were 50% off with a discount code, but sadly their registration thing didn't work on my netbook.  I don't want to pay full price from them, but maybe somewhere else has them.  Or I'll make or buy a duct tape wallet. :D
