Hi,
Next year I'm starting with HRT, and I was thinking about what FFS procedures should I get done. I know that I can't get FFS until two (?) years after HRT, but I want to start saving money because I know that it is expensive.
I was wondering what makes my face masculine. I don't know if it is the shape of my head or my features the ones who give my face a masculine look. Can you help me? (See picture below.)
I was thinking about getting hairline advancement, chin reduction, and rhinoplasty.
Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Your face already looks feminine...wait and see what HRT will do in 2 years and reconsider...

But a chin reduction? Really? What makes you think that?

I honestly don't think you are in need of FFS.  At least in terms of simply passing.  However, the light is blocking your nose a bit, so it's hard to judge, but everything looks okay.  All in all, I agree with Dahlia.  Give hrt some time and re-examine things in time.   Your face looks naturally feminine.

Thanks for replaying.
The problem is that my nose is "hooked" (I forgot to upload the picture of my profile, where you can clearly see it), but I'll wait and see what happens after HRT.

Send us a photo of a view from the side of your face. Your frontal image is already good. But the main man type features are seen from the sides.

From the photo you sent, just do a simple test :
hide your face above the nose, and tell if your nose and jaw looks male or female to you.
do the same thing, just showing your eyes and above, and proceed the same way.

to me only the eyes/eyebrows and maybe forehead give a masculine hint.
This is ok, I guess.

I agree with switchy, but it's difficult to tell from the photo you sent, so send another one from the side and, perhaps, one clearly showing your hairline. I would say from the photo you sent in your chin is not a problem. You have beautiful lips, so don't do anything to those. Doing switchy's test, I would say your brow is probably the feature which might need some work. But, like others on here have said, be patient and see what hrt does for you before spending heaps of money on having work done. Plucking your eyebrows wouldn't cost much. More feminine eyebrows could help soften your look quite a lot.
