Facial Yoga,anyone tried it?

Ok so I've been reading around, and apparently by isolating and excercising facial muscles, you can achieve a firmer face with less wrinkles.
I downloaded a Ebook on it, and it seems to be sound in principal, and will cost me nothing to try it.
Anyone allready gave this a go?

There are a few studies done that show benefits that I saw,and quite a few books on it,some are mentioned at tje bottom of the link I posted
