Just curious if anyone else noticed any weight changes from T.

No weight changes, but I've lost 5% body fat in ~3 months (from 20% to 15% body fat, yay) and regained that weight in muscle mass. I'm gonna continue trying to lose fat (my goal is to be about 8-10% body fat) and gain muscle, so if anything, I'll probably be weighing more in the coming months. Reason I'm mentioning this is because weight can mean various things, not necessarily getting chubs.

Edit: Actually, I totally forgot I gained roughly 15 lbs of muscle in the first monthish, so I suppose I have gained weight. OOPS. So I've gained something like 20 - 25 lbs of muscle and lost several pounds of fat.

I've gained 10kg (22pounds) in not quite 3 months. All muscle.

Initially I gained some weight and then lost it again to be about the same as pre-t.

I really can't say.

I started on a weight-loss campaign before I started T. I didn't want to appear feminine, so I wanted to lose the curves (okay, curves and bulges). I was also aware that some surgeons won't do "cosmetic" surgery if you are too overweight.

I know that I picked up some extra pounds of muscle mass, but even with that increase, I'm still nearly fifty pounds lighter than I was.

So I lost the bulk of my excess weight before T, but T has made it easier for me to maintain a healthier weight and to lose weight when I'm trying.

I've gained about twenty pounds over 11 months. I think most of it is muscle, I might have a little bit more fat on my stomach though. I have always been super scrawny, and I'm pretty pleased that I'm slightly less scrawny now.

I lost about 6-7 pounds so far. I can tell I am gaining muscle and losing fat so I don't expect to lose many more actual pounds. I have begun measuring myself to more accurately gauge my progress because muscle weighs a lot more than fat.

I was expecting to go down another pant size when I stop losing weight--I wear Levi's 501s most of the time--but I don't know if that will happen. I picked up a lot of muscle around my middle, and I still have to accommodate my pelvic bones. I'm not very hippy at all, but 501s are not exactly structured for FTM bodies.

I'm shooting for a total loss of maybe 60 pounds. Maybe then I'll lose the slight love handles I still have.

My Dad is a chubby dude. I am fairly skinny I was wondering if T might make me a chubby dude too?

The amount of time we've been on T is a factor in this question. I'm sure it'll affect my weight more in the long-run than it has so far.

I've been on T for 14 months and gained 5-10 pounds in muscle mass. Lost subcutaneous fat.

My weight changes seem abnormal. Though I haven't actually gone up  a pants or shirt size. Nor have I been really working out..

currently I cant work out so not much mucle mass and my weight are the same as before..

I lost 20kg (44lbs) since starting T a year and five months ago, I was and am trying to lose weight. I don't know how much of it is T and how much is changed eating habits and working out. I am a lot more muscular then I used to be, so I gained some muscle weight and lost a lot of fat.

I have shifted a lot of weight from my thighs and hips to my gut. I have had a major increase in my appetite and the holidays have been cruel because I can't pass up delicious family dinners and lunches. But I have also put on a lot of muscle as well. I wouldn't have gained anymore than a few kgs.

I have lost 7 pounds and grew 1/4 of an inch (8 months on T) so I am now underweight (my doctors pretty concerned) and am trying to gain the weight back. I have no idea how that happened so I am trying to eat as much as I can, but I don't know why I lost weight.

I have a friend who lost something like 40-50 pounds on T, without trying. I guess he was pretty heavy.

What's your situation? If you're already skinny and have lost seven pounds, that's different from being pretty big or even overweight and losing seven pounds.

Yeah I was 120 lbs one year ago (5'5") and at my general doctors appointment I was 113 lbs, I'm just on the edge of healthy weight and underweight. I'm almost 9 months on T and my doc thinks my metabolism went up and I didn't increase my calorie intake. The problem is I'm just not hungry for some reason so I've just been stuffing myself lately because I'm not sure what to do...

I've gained 6 pounds of muscle in my first month on T and my hip fat is almost gone (started at 107 lbs, now 113). I did start eating and working out more as soon as I started T, though.

If you're not lactose intolerant, try drinking more milk to get some extra calories. I have appetite problems too, so I get about half my daily calories from milk, peanut butter, and protein shakes. I've also found that it helps to track your meals on a site like fitday.com or thedailyplate.com for a week or so to see how many calories you really get each day. I was shocked at how little I ate on those no appetite days.

I second driven's advice to find liquid calories. Most of my life I've had trouble eating enough, and milk and smoothies (both soy for me, though, not quite as useful in the calorie department) can help a lot sometimes.

I just started T two weeks ago, but I actually gained about ten pounds in the few weeks before I started. Just knowing that my life was starting to get better made me kinda more revved up and vibrant, and so I ate and exercised more.
