so i just started going  full time and just trying to deal with the fact the most of the people I'm around are still trying to get used to the fact and are still "he"ing and "him"ing me. so....... just looking for some encouragement or support here.

Yeah, it can be difficult for some to remember at first. But over time they will get more and more use to it and you won't ever hear the wrong pronouns again.
