A security guard warned activists from the group Soulforce to stay off the private college property, but that didn't stop them.

Six Soulforce protesters and two local activists were taken away in handcuffs by Milwaukee police for trying to set up outreach tables.

*mumbles something uncomplimentary about Christians, followed by something even more uncomplimentary about unintelligent activists*

Well, seriously, what did they expect? The college is a private university, and therefore private property and so they *were* trespassing if they weren't given permission. I do wonder sometimes if those type of activists realize they really do more harm than good...

Actually.... had the college let them in with their doors wide open, they wouldn't have received national attention for the cause!  It didn't look like the protesters were violent or otherwise unsocial.

But yes, it is a private institution and they should be able to allow who they wish and ban who they don't want on their campus. That is their right.
