I'm 6'1" tall, and weigh about160 lbs.
Facially, I cannot "pass" (until FFS, I hope!), but can make people wonder....
I get by on being nicely dressed, having a flat tummy (thanks to diet and exercise) and very wide hips (thanks to padding). One key ingredient I recently added has made a lot of difference--a medium-sized diamond engagement ring and a matching wedding band on my left hand.
Oddly enough, the power of "the ring" seems to sway those who would otherwise doubt my gender. Questionable looks dissolve once I flash my left hand, especially when grocery shopping (!) but also in the general public spaces (bank, library, etc.).
Clothes, hair, makeup...nothing has quite pushed me over the edge of acceptability as what I've experienced since I started wearing my rings. Has anyone else had any similar experiences?
Don't get me wrong--I love my new enhanced abilty to "pass", but to do so over something so simple as wearing a traditional engagement and wedding ring (?)...
