I know this topic is here, still on this page, but that was for a B cup... and the last anyone ever bothered to measure for me I was a FF... so it's HELLA different between the two sizes (I can't even bind and pass without really baggy clothing to go along with the binder and 2 ace bandages). My mom (who doesn't know I'm TG yet) knows how badly I hate my breasts, and has suggested that I look into getting breast reduction surgery, she thinks that I could get it deemed medically necessary since my back is screwed up as well. My sister (who does know I'm TG) thinks that a reduction might help me with my self image and self hate, and says that if I can get it paid for through insurance, why not just go for it?
Now, my question is... after seeing the other thread and hearing them tell the original poster to just get the surgery done in one lump setting if they can do that... is that advisable for me, or should I try for the breast reduction with insurance and then go for the removal at a later date, after saving up more money?
