Boob area really hurts - its kinda like you have trouble breathing

Does anybody go through this with the pressure thats internally in the breast area on HRT?  I can feel it inside... to me it feels like its the lungs but I have a feeling its just the breast development beginning again.  I've only been on the estrogen a week.  That and it was cold today and i was driving around in a car and sometimes I get claustrophobic and damn the winter really sucks.

When I first started HRT the first week or so I got this feeling of pressure in the middle of my chest.
Almost like I had trouble breathing.
I've read other girls who said this happened to them too on their first week or so on HRT.

It goes away eventually.
If it doesnt than that might be a bad sign x:

I did not have this, just stinging, itchy nipples that hurt like hell if I bumped them.
