I envy all of you! I have to contend with being 6'4"... I rarely ever see MEN as tall as me! I'd say 98% of the people, I look down toward instead of eye level or up! C'est la vie... too bad we can't remove a vertebra or three, cut the legs and arms down in size... meh.
As for six foot tall women - I see several a day. That said, I see a lot of people when walking around downtown San Francisco - so take that as you will. It's not something that will present a big issue to you, however. I think you'll be fine, especially if you're on the west coast.
