Got about 5" depth, measured on the side of vj.
4 1/2" - 5 1/2" is what he promises pretty standard, unless there's too little to work with, when he leaves it to you to choose additional skin graft (from inner thigh) or be fine with less depth, say 4 - 4 1/2".
He uses his own version of penile-scrotal inversion, during a 2 1/2 step operation over a 2 week period. You in hospital proper for the whole 2 weeks and all is included in the cost. Best hospital ever I been in.
1st op is the main op that takes 7 - 8 hours sometimes up to 9hrs!
2nd op is replacement of packing after 3 - 4 days, it only takes about 20min
3rd op he fits 'wall-papering' (the saved and cleaned up scrotal skin) into the vj channel. That takes around 2 1/2 hours.
It was the only op I was VERY sore when I came to, from the clit/urethra area (re-cathetering I think had caused it) , not at all from the vj though.
My next room neighbour, had no pain at all after it. So one can never tell really.
I was OK after about 1/2 day, only had 2 or 3 morphine shots and then just pills after that.
