Has anyone experienced masturbation that is remarkably like it was pre-op? I'm only 2 months pre-op so the nerves are still reconnecting. Touching the clitoris by hand/finger feels vaguely nice but doesn't allow me to climax at this point - however, if I rub myself against the bed, I am able to achieve orgasm which feels much like it used to, just without the peristaltic contractions in the sperm duct as that is no longer present! Ironically, even prior to SRS, I never gave myself the 'hand job' and used to do the same rubbing motion against the bed, ironically imagining it as a clitoris. Now it seems that fantasy is now reality, and I am sure it is orgasm from the prostate gland, as even post op I "ejaculate" a fluid which is similar to "pre-cum". Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Also, has anyone else had orgasm through vaginal stimulation? When I move my dilator in and out, sometimes I can get a pleasant sensation, although not enough for a "buildup" - but I imagine as I heal, I might be able to.

I found that with enough patience and the right technique I could climax from vaginal stimulation first. That would be at nearly 4 months post-op.  At that time any sensation from my still numb clit was a strange mixture of pleasant and unpleasant.
About 3 months later the numbness had mostly receded from the exposed clit too and stimulation of it was then pleasurable and led to climax.
