Yea,

I have very boy hips. Even with padding I have total lack of success in pants.
Annoys me. I'm an Australian size 8-10 waist, about 28-30 inch, my hips are (with padding) about 35 inch. But I cannot get a comfy pair, they seem loose in the front and don't mold to the bum. Looks like I need a D which is not on ::)

I think finding that perfect pair involves lots of trying on brand after brand, size after size, since even brands, styles, and sizes vary tremendously.

Yeah, that sounds about right.

There is, of course, another option: get your clothes tailored. Of course, that costs money, but it can be worth it for nicer clothes.

For off-the-rack, I've found that juniors styles work well for the small-hipped (like me, like most trans women, and like most adolescent girls). Someone with a more curvy figure will have more problems in that department.

Also, low cuts fit better for just about everyone, since the waist measurement is less relevant.
All changes, even the most longed for, have their melancholy; for what we leave behind us is a part of ourselves; we must die to one life before we can enter another.

I personally really like LEI Brand from Walmart.  I wear a size 7.  They are very comfy, stretchy, and cheap.  New they are usually only about $18 and they are the perfect fit for me.

To be honest, I've not found that much difference in fit between my super skinny boy jeans and the super skinny girl jeans I wear..
theres no diffrence to me

I wear size 14 Long in Lee.  I've got to shop for long pants because of my height (I'm only 5'10", but I've long legs and anything saying 'average' is also two inches or so too short).  And don't get me started on things involving waist because that is hell to shop for (I don't have a big waist, I'm just tall for a gal).  So far Lee is the only type of jean that's relatively cheap that I've found that generally fits pretty well.

I wear like a size 6-7? Somewhere in there but for some reason, I can easily fit into a 4 or 5...And my favorite pair of jeans are these onyx black skinny jeans that I have (I don't know the brand) but I love them and since I have long legs it helps.

I'll have to see if I can find you the website of this place that makes custom pants for people at reasonable price.  I haven't tried them yet, but I've heard from all sorts of people that it's a good place and that the jeans last quite awhile.

I wear low rider skinny/stretchy blue and black, have two fave pairs size 7.
Summer: shorts and a tshirt.
I live in a pretty liberal/hippy lovin town with a lotta dykes so I have plenty of room to just be me.
Thank the stars.

I just got a pair of Wrangler women's boot cut jeans off of the 'Free table' at my apt.s the other day  :)  Surprisingly, they are in my size 13/14 X 36" inseam and they have just the right amount of stretch so they snug up nicely  :)
