I'm heavily thinking about it, and I've been looking at a variety of things, and just want to see what other guys have gotten some, and what they might recommend to get, or even better yet, what to stay away from.

The one I'm looking at the most is: http://www.extremerestraints.com/nipple-and-pussy-pumps_221/clitoris-enhancer-clit-pump-kit_1248.html (LINK HAS NUDITY! BE WARNED.

But I'm unsure if I should get that, or just buy the pump somewhere else and get a cylinder, and just grah~ Just trying to spend the least amount of money as well as get the right device and sizes of tubes.

And I looked at "guides"
http://transguys.com/features/ftm-pumping-primer
http://www.otherbear.com/pump.html

but I suppose I just would like personal help. It's not some small purchase, and being honest here, it got rekindled by some serious penis envy. I wanted to get a pump a bit ago, but was just unsure and clueless and now it got rekindled. And just looking at guides without personal feedback with me asking, just feels like I'm not doing enough research.

I am on testosterone, and have been since... uhm... March 2010.
Measure for unaroused? 1/2 inch wide... 1/2 inch long. Since I know that matters when getting a tube.
Oh and I live in the San Fransisco Bay Area, in case if there are stores that are cheaper than online. I've looked at some in the castro, but those are all penis pumps anyway.

And I thank you for all who reply and give advice in advance.

That looks just like the one that I bought for $99.  I have had no problems with it at all and I'm happy with the results that I've seen.  If you are consistent with your pumping, you will graduate to the largest cylinder!  The cylinders are exactly what you'll need. Starting with a small, then the medium and large.

The least expensive route would be a break bleeding kit and syringe. I don't know the specifics on what to do with 'em but the total cost ends up being maybe $20.

That pump you linked from extreme restraints works rather well.

It is a fun toy on occasion and I like how it pumps my lover up ALLOT.

I want to pump up enough to maybe be able to vaginally penetrate someone. I mean, it doesn't have to be omg I'm all the way inside... just even being able to feel myself inside and them. And them being able to feel me, and able to do short and shallow... because there's always the availability to get some sort of extender right?

I've got that exact pump, actually, and I'd recommend it. Haven't been too religious with it, but for not being on T and not planning to be, it's pretty good for the lazy usage I've put it through. Even not using it much, I pretty much have no choice but to use the biggest cylinder now, which is.. epic. If you use it pretty regularly for a while and used it before sex, I'd think you'd be able to get in a bit, at least. That's what I'm hoping for.

I have the same pump from your link.  It works but as someone said, be careful and don't over do it.  I had a particularly overzealous pumping experience that lead to a blood blister on my junk!

Also, as far as permanence....I've noticed as long as I pump once a week or even a few times a month...my gains stay at least consistent.  But after my chest surgery I didn't pump due to inability at first then just general out of practice/laziness. And I did notice a difference in size.

Since I started, I've graduated to the largest cylinder and it seems to help with girth more than length.  But I basically pump during almost every shower or bath, that has helped with my consistency and habit.  That way I can multitask.  :)

But to answer your question...if you can spend that amount...IMO I think it helps having a professional/gauged pump to help you keep consistant and easily measure your pressure.
