I'm a big calorie counter and recently I've taken my diet to the next level by only consuming 500-600 calories a day all healthy foods of course. My friend said that women should take in about 900-1,200 calories a day which is what I was doing at first but still couldn't seem to get rid of that stubborn lower belly fat. I'm only 138 pounds at 5'7 but I still feel really fat especially after I eat which makes me wanna stick my finger down my throat and puke it all back up.

I tried a few exercises that work the lower abs but stopped cuz I didn't wanna develope a six pack, I want my lower abdominal area to be toned not muscularly. Lowering my calorie intake has slimmed my waistline down considerably but it's also taken away the fat in area's I didn't want to lose weight like in my face, breasts, and my butt. I'm not sure this is worth having a slim waist, I feel like i'm starving myself....i'm hungry!  ::)

Then go EAT!!!

seriously, you are messing here with some combination of anorexia and bulimia.
I'm 5' 9" and weigh 140 lbs. after Christmas cookies. I'm slender, not skinny.
Yes there is a little belly fat after the holidays but a little exercise will take care of it.
Six pack doesn't develop over night, do your exercise in a moderate way then.

Forget about calories. Eat smaller portions but more frequent meals instead of eating until full
to avoid that feeling of being stuffed. AND FORGET THE CALORIES, DEVIL IS IN THE CALORIES.
Just eat healthy, fresh and no junk food and stay active.
According to the latest science people who don't eat always until full but until about 80% full live longer.
They don't count the calories just stay mindful with their diet.

Starving yourself won't make you lose the fat, or make you lose weight. The body has defensive mechanisms against starvation. First it limits its calorie consumption to a bare minimum (may feel weak, dizzy, sleepy), then once it can't hold back any longer, it starts to suck your fat and muscles dry. Humans need fat to survive, so it's definitely not a good thing. And you need muscles for just about any movement you can think of, so that's not a good thing, either. I'll let you do the math.

Rather raise your calorie intake a bit and start working out.

Doing ab crunches is definitely not going to give you a six pack, so feel free to do them. I'd also suggest a cardio workout, cycling, running, stair walking, jogging, even walking longer distances is fine. Do it three times a week, at least for 30 minutes. It'll get rid of the extra fat, and make your body look toned and smexy (cycling makes your legs and behind look yummie).

It's one thing being toned, another thing being ripped.

Yeah I knew I was gonna eventually end up with an eating disorder. It's just so hard not to count calories, as soon as I pick something up I automatically flip over the package and look at how many calories it has among other things.  :D  :(

I've cut out like all the fatty foods I used to eat (alot of deep fried and fast food) so I do feel healthier but it's like I don't even look forward to eating anymore it's just blah if that makes sense lol.

Might be worthwhile having a chat to your family Dr before it gets out of hand. I'm about 5' 9' and 140Ilbs. I work out three times a week in the gym, I eat healthy and my body weight doesn't vary very much. I have lost upper body muscle and I do have fat distribution to the bits I want

But you need your calories. If you are finding it difficult to eat buy some of the weight supplement powders from 'Fitness shops' you mix them with milk and can get a calorie burst to help before you get your diet right. Lean meat, has few calories and lots of protein. Avoid potatoes, about the only veg to avoid. Eat fruit, get into an eating habit. NO SODA TYPE DRINKS ever.

Drink water.

But you need the calories you are trying to cut down on fat intake and sugar intake.

But do get medical advice.
