the most difficult part of getting into raw food is breaking old habits. once you're eating regularly this way it's just part of your daily routine and it becomes second nature. i give myself one cheat day a month where i can eat whatever the hell i like.... chocolate, pizza, curry, whatever... not that i binge, just i'll have junk food if i want it on that day. planning a cheat day really helps stick to the healthy diet, especially at first. more often than not though i get to the cheat day and feel gross for eating junk and end up craving my smoothies instead, lol.
you can make all kinds of green smoothies in a high powered blender. i'll always throw in some sort of green food to any smoothie, though my breakfast smoothie is heavier on the fruit. you can have cabbage, apple and banana, or kale, carrot and banana.... spinach and banana. bananas are a big smoothie staple and usually go into them to take the edge off the green flavour and thicken them up. basically, if you're not afraid to experiment, throw in random combinations to see what works for you. they're a really great way to get in your greens if you find it difficult to force down a plate of steamed or raw veg, which can be pretty boring on its own. i'll either add a cup of water or coconut milk, but rice milk or any other type of nut milk is good. avoid soy, it increases estrogen production, and dairy is hard on our digestive system. cutting out most dairy is a good idea. i only eat natural probiotic yogurt and occasionally low fat cheese like cottage cheese or reduced fat mozerella.
there are tonnes of amazing raw recipes though, i think there's the idea that when you're eating raw, you just hack off a bunch of brocolli and eat it as is. here's a gourmet raw food site that i can't go browse on 'cause i get hungry every time i do-

as far as i'm aware biking is considered the best cardio along with running, i just hate running. it bores the ->-bleeped-<- out of me. i'll stick on a movie while on the bike, hour goes so fast. it took a while to build up to HIIT (high intensity interval training) though, which is really great for burning calories. i think it's something like ten minutes of HIIT will burn as many calories as an hour of regular cardio.
i wouldn't take the supplements if i didn't think they helped. i'm not into taking a crap load of supplements since i have a good diet, there's no need, but omega 3 is really important, since our bodies can't produce essential fatty acids, and most of the food we eat doesn't contain enough. the digestive aid cuts down on gas that a high raw food diet can produce. but i don't know enough about bowel movements to comment on your poop, dude.
