hi guys ive been feeling kinda ->-bleeped-<-ty about all the fat on my hips and i was thinking a lot about liposuction because it doesnt really respond at all to diet i have very little fat on my lower abdomen but the fat pads on the sides of my hips are fairly thick i dont really think loosing weight would be healthy for me as im rather skinny so i have no idea how to get rid of the fat on my hips besides lipo which i cant get not only because i cant afford it but because elective procedures wont be pro formed on minors. these things really frustrate me.

I know the last thing you want to hear right now is "be patient", but...yeah, that. :P

Since you're definitely planning to go on T, just wait and see how the fat redistributes. I've always had that same body type: scrawny as hell except for the weird fat on the hips. After 7 weeks on T, the hip fat is almost gone and my pants are getting loose in the ass. I've also put on almost 10 pounds of muscle in that time.

If T can do all that for me at 37 years old, I'm guessing you'll see massive changes when you start at 18. Save the money on lipo and get a gym membership instead. Starting off with a good base of muscle will make a big difference when you finally do get on T.

The reason why I wear the 997 is to smush  my hips down. You could eventually opt for the man sculpting or whatever it's called if you have top surgery with...crap, I forgot the surgeon's name. Somebody help me out?

as said before, T help on that point,
but without T I dont think it would be anything wrong with losing weight as long you only focus on losing it around the hips, do exercises who make you lose weight in that area and skip the other ones... also I think it could be helpfull if you gain mucles in your arms/shoulder since it optially will make your hips look smaller, compared.

You can't spot reduce fat. Just eat less and exercise more and the weight will come off. It might take awhile to finally leave your hips. The rule of thumb is generally that the first place you store fat will be the last place it'll leave. So it might not be an easy task. T, if and when you start, might help. Keyword: might. I've been on T for 6 months and have seen no fat redistribution so far. 6 months is also a rather insignificant amount of time, but just saying, it won't happen overnight, if it does at all.

You might be pear shaped, which would make sense if you're skinny from the waist up, and carry the majority of your fat in the hips/thighs. But, just because you store fat predominantly in one part of your body doesn't mean losing weight would be unhealthy. Excess fat is excess fat, its location and comparison to other parts of the body is irrelevant. Find out how many calories you need to maintain your current weight, and shave off about 500 of those a day by eating less and/or exercising. If you do it right, you will lose fat. Primarily estrogen-dominated bodies might not give it up too easily, though, but if it's something you want, you have to stick with it. It may be a few weeks before you even start to see progress. Usually, in female-bodied individuals, thighs will begin to slim when your body fat percentage drops below 18 or 19%.

eating less isnt a good idea unless you already eat to much, you should eat healthy insteed to your need.
