I dont think anyone really knows how many nights Ive stayed up crying cuz Id never have kids of my own...

Fortunately this hasn't impacted me as much because I actually do have kids of my own.  Both times my ex was pregnant (especially the first time), I was very, very jealous of her.  At the time I didn't put it into context, but at least now I understand why I felt this way.  It's more the prospect of actually birthing a child and the pregnancy that I crave.  So I would say that I probably only have it half as bad. 

I think I transitioned at a good age because if I had done it when I was 18, I wouldn't have had any children, but I didn't wait so long that my body completely masculinized either.

heh,  woudnt have mattered what age I transitioned at...  steral as a guy, infertile as a woman... either way I cant and couldnt have kids of my own...  *Sighs*  but thats life for you sometimes...  Maby I'll be lucky enough to pick a very calm kid when I get around to adopting

I've already got all of these.

My voice is good enough.  My breasts are coming along.  I only wish I could have real female genitals, not reconstructed.  And no, that's not so I can give birth.  If I was 30 years younger that would be different.

If I only had one wish, for me I would definitely word it very carefully, my wish would be for Female Genitalia, complete with the ovaries, fallopian tubes and a complete uterus and reproductive system, and yes girls, the monthly rituals. As unpleasant as they may be for some, they'd be a blessing to me. I can't count how many times I've cried myself to sleep over the years because I was born with the wrong parts I'm disgusted, horrified and repulsed by so much between my legs.

I already have female bone structure including my pelvis, long black feminine hair, My boobies are coming in nicely and I'll be happy with a B cup (I'm an A now) -more will just be gravy, my face is improving nicely as all traces of the beating my body has taken from the ugly T/DHT stick fade away and disappear, as the beautiful woman I am emerges. My voice will need some work and surgery (VFS) but with only one wish, Female Genitalia with a complete reproductive system would definitely be my wish.

Considering the fact that I will never had dropped pitch, and that I would not develop facial hair, and that I would have developed breasts on my own because of producing estrogen...

For me all but genitalia and bone structure can be eliminated straight away given the current state of medicine and treatments available. Not going to spend my wish on face, voice, hair or breasts when there is FFS, speech therapy, hair solutions and BA out there. Then, given that there are plenty of cis-females out there with quite masculine skeletal development, I would choose female genitalia. This is only way I would be able to experience everything that a cis-female can.
