Although I have been taking hormone for a few months, I have still not yet have confident to shop in a female mode. I used to be very nervous when shopping women clothings in the shops like M&S or Denbenum, but I got more confident now. The female staff seem helpful to me and I asked for the size, one replied me it has run out the stock and she could order it for me. I just told her that i wanna to get to my friend as a gift. She looks very pretty and i just want to look like her. Have you got any experience about shopping in the shopping mall? Should I dress in female with make up?

Go for it! It's not illegal and any shop would be stupid to not serve you and take your money even if they did read you. Have fun!

I agree with the others - try it and you may find it's a huge confidence boost.

Beverly said it best I think.

Your first time out, you still may never get out of the car or try anything on but it's a start. The right attitude will make up for a lot of shortcomings

I agree that confidence is very important for all of us here. I started building up some confidence now although i have still not yet dressed out en femme. I went to H&M and shopped around for a pair of black leggings, most girls wear leggings in winter. It looks so sexy as well.I asked for the young lady sale assistant , she was very helpful and point out the direction to me althought she did smile to me. Which shop do you girls usually go to?
