Insanity: Einstein had it right

Albert Einstein is quoted as saying the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Nothing provides a better example of insanity than that of advocates who push the idea that changing genders is the healthy choice for transgenders.

The federal government controls the type of oil used to pop our kid's movie theater popcorn because our government wants to make sure kids are healthy. They have legislated for healthy food in schools so kids eat healthy and do not become little fatsos. The government will even prosecute parents who spank their kids, all in the touch-y-feel-y idea they are protecting kids from harm. But unbelievably, the government places no controls on gender treatments for kids, allowing them to be injected with hormone blockers so the little ones can change genders. At least the butter, popcorn and food eaten are now healthy; the hell with kids' health when it comes to transgender suicide attempts.

Changing genders is unhealthy and we see how unhealthy it is in a survey released by none other than the National Center for Transgender Equality and the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force in October, 2010.

fascinating how our ex-trans friend Walt can manipulate survey results to prove the opposite point  ::)

Kia Ora,

::) I couldn't agree more Albert Einstein was right, and a good example is poor old Walt who continually reels off the same garbage over and over again each time 'hoping'' for a different result/outcome...But I guess one can only pity him, after all one can't really argue with a sick mind...

The only way to save a transgender's health is to block their hormones as a child. There's no point transitioning when you are an adult that's for sure :(

I doubt that. The only other option I had besides transition was death.

Nah...I'm not doing that.

You are so right! Not having the luck of borning in a open minded society that gives t blockers to kids when it s assessed they re trans, the only option would be death, and it would be a shame leaving such ->-bleeped-<-s speaking nonsensely without the proof of our courage to speak for ourselves.
Einstein was right in the definition, as almost always, just crazy people don't change triing to solve problems. Conservatorism in psicology and in life is the social product of a crazy society.

I don't mean to beat up on you BG, but there are those of us who were not afforded the opportunities to transition at an early age.

I started my transition when I was 55 and I am now approaching 60.  Had I attempted it when I was 18, or even mentioned it when I was 12, I would not have been welcomed with such open minded acceptance from my parents or mental health professionals.

By time I was 45 I was in nearly constant suicidal ideation and clinical depression.  And by time I was 50 I had attempted suicide three times.  I know that sooner or later I would have gotten it right and finally offed myself.

So for me, the point was to transition or die.  My children agreed that they'd much rather have a living parent rather than a dead father.

I know next to nothing about you BG, and if you have managed to transition under the age of 30, you are most certainly blessed.  And I am very happy for you.

Wow, words nearly fail me on that one!  No point, hmm? And at what tender age did you transition, and if you transitioned as a child how have you managed to acquire such sage wisdom that normally comes from a balanced, real world perspective gained over many years of struggling with gender dissonance as an adult?

The way it's written suggests Einstein made the comparison with transgender.

That is clearly not the case and so the entire article is dishonest.

I have just discovered that this chap is actually a disgruntled former SRS patient.

Under the circumstances, I don't think it is fair to criticise him so directly without more knowledge of his back ground.

Which I don't have.

I sincerely apologise to any who read that contribution bby me. I hope you will allow me to unreservedly withdraw it.
