I always bind.
Growing in my eyebrows isn't an option, but drawing them on thicker is. (I've never liked them. Growing them in would make me as uncomfortable as not binding would.)
This is my current hair style, but it's white blond now instead of purple.

Oh hey I follow you on Tumblr!  ;D

You can try contouring and highlighting your make-up to make your facial features look more masculine. If you put a countour under your cheekbones, they will stand out more and your face will look more chiseled. Highlight your chin and contour your neck under your chin and the combination of those will elongate your chin and also make your jawline look more chiseled. Also highlight around your hairline, especially towards the edges of your hairline, which will make your hairline look more M-shaped.

:D I think I follow you too...if not, I need to. I knew you looked familiar.
I have been working on getting better at contouring, and experimenting to see what makeup styles feminize or masculinize my face more.
