Well All I say is it should not be taken done, people need to know that things go wrong

At this point in time all of the facts point to an anesthesia complication.  It is terribly tragic for anyone to die,  That has nothing to do with Dr. Z's skills as a surgeon in the OR at all.  He didn't slip and cut a major artery.

I have to correct this as I have seen the papers for the lawsuit

Why Dr Z is being sued along with other members of staff

Dr Z left the building and no MD was present to deal with the situation, the staff did not carry out proper CPR or deal with the situation correctly


This is not Libel as the papers are public and can be obtained from the court by anyone

No you didn't have to correct that you just wanted to stir up more muck.  It was a correct statement.  Please note I said that it had nothing to do with his skills as a surgeon in the OR.  That chance for that statement to be false ended as soon as the patient left the OR.

I have actually read the entire lawsuit paperwork and I made my statement that way on purpose.  If this is not settled I fully expect half of the charges to be dropped immediately.

Well you are a DR Z girl so I guess you would want to defend him

I full expect that all charges will be proven as I have also seen all the medical reports where you have not

This is going no where but the gutter.  How about if we let the courts settle this matter.  When and If the judgement goes against him then we can talk about it.

Until then, lets just leave it a draw.

The members here are away of the issue.
