Can an ugly man become a beautiful woman?

I've heard it said somewhere that sometimes ugly men become beautiful women because there is so much plastic surgery and their transformation is so unbelievable that the woman that comes out of the transition is much prettier than the guy ever was.  Does anyone think this is possible?  (I am in the body of an ugly man.)

No matter how ugly or beautiful a MTF was before: they look absolutely, positively totally HIDEOUS and scary after too much plastic surgery/FFS.

Too fake, too plastic, which draws instant -negative- attention.

And yes: that applies to GG's too., plus a bonus: a GG who had too much plastic surgery looks like a.....MTF.

I am my own worst enemy when this subject arises.  I will leave it up to others to make their own judgement.  I just try to ensure I look at least half way tidy and stylish when I leave the house.

And I found the same thing, I KNOW I was ugly as a guy. My ex recently told be she has written in her journal from right before we got married "God he is ugly but I love him anyway" lol

I think maybe it has to do with, we look so bad because we weren't supposed to end up a guy but we did anyway?  IDK but I do know I look WAY better as a woman and much younger than I did as a guy.

I didnt care about myself or appearance as a guy. I have lost 92 lbs since august and on track for another 30 more. DR chart says i should weigh 130 i think that is absurd goal weight of 165-170 for me starting weight 297. I have used more moisterizer in last 6 months than the previous 38yrs put together
