Think I'm close to starting.

I talked with my therapist today for first time in a year since I tried to purge and be a man!( queue mulan ).  She noted how much calmer and natural I feel discussing this stuff now, so that's good.  However she did remark on how I still can't answer her " how do you feel?" question.  As she put it " you make very vivid expressions but cant put words to it".  We discussed how I'm ready for the action part of therapy and hopefully can get started soon.  Have another appointment next Monday, lets hope it goes well!

Thanks, I had another one today told me I can pick up my referral letter next week.  Finally progress!
