Sad Girl

After almost 3 years on injectable estradiol valerate, my boobs remain as flat as an ironing board. And I'm afraid to take other form of hormones that might be too powerful and dangerous for the liver.

So hence, I'm wondering, can I put a BIG BOOB implant cup C when I'm super skinny? I don't care it looks fake but I wanna put it at once. I heard you need to put it 2 different times so that your skin elasticate but my question is CAN I PUT A BIG BOOB CUP C IMPLANT SUDDENLY AT ONCE AND WILL IT EVEN ENTER? Cos me I can't afford to do it 2 times.

I know it is not what you want to hear :P

But from the sound of your post, you would be better off with smaller implants as they would look more natural.

You don't want to look like a whore. I myself am trying to gain weight. That definitely grows breast tissue for free.

Aww, try gaining some weight and getting some curves. Soften and sensitize yourself. This will feminize your body without expensive hormones. If this doesn't work. then you can get your corrective boobie surgery. Try it once and see what happens.

Have a look at your chest.. Do you think you have enough skin there to contain a C-cup sized implant? If the answer is no, then you have your answer.. You may find you will need to start with a smaller size and then move up, or just live with the smaller size..

in all honesty i think its better to get implants that would compliment your body instead of ones that would be too striking. Ive seen very thin women with obvious breast implants and it looks terrible

Have you been on just estradiol valerate for 3 years and no anti-androgens like spironolactone or androcur? If so, that might be your problem. There's only so much estrogen can do when you have a load of testosterone pumping around your body.

If I'm correct, you really shouldn't be scared of taking anti-androgens yes there can be risks just like with any medication, usually if you take an unrecommended dosage but they help the estrodial to feminise you so much easier. And they really aren't as dangerous as you think as long as your not stupid with them and ignore whomever is prescribing you.

* You have a GP/endo for a reason, to check your blood and make sure that the medication doesn't harm your liver.
* Unless you're eating absurd amounts over the recommended dose that no GP/endo would prescribe you should be pretty safe unless you have a damaged liver to start from say heavy drinking.

If you are on anti-androgens as well and are in the age range for breast growth then I dunno really, I wouldn't put it down to being skinny because I'm 20 years old, 48kg (104lbs) and 5'8" (175cm) giving me a BMI of 15.4 which is dangerously underweight and I've still got breast growth after 3 months and 18 days on HRT which started to develop after like 3 weeks in (albeit because I'm very skinny they are growing quite slowly, can't fill out a cup size but they're there).
Scaring away, my ghosts.

It depends on the implant shape and placement and amount of breast tissue. If you're really flat as a board the implants will be obvious, but yes, it can be done. You say you don't care about the fake look but... think hard!

A C-cup isn't going to make her look like a whore. What the hell?

To the OP: the larger you go, particularly above a certain size threshold, the greater the risk of post operative complications. That aside, in my opinion and experience there's a wide range of sizes that will look good on any one person. A skillful surgeon using an appropriately shaped implant, using whatever technique they're most skilled at, can make your implants basically look natural within some obvious limits.

If you go larger it will take longer for your skin to stretch and accomodate the implant and you'll probably get stretch marks one way or another - although these fade to almost invisible for most women. For girls who want to get to a really large size from nothing usually they have to go for a second augmentation later after the skin has stretched to accomodate an intermediate size.

But like.. going up to a C cup really isn't huge, you'd probably be fine. I went from like an AA to a D or E cup (depending on who measures me) and all been fine.

I found the Just Breast Implant forums really useful for finding out more about this stuff.. it helps to expand your research beyond the trans community for such a common procedure.

I think a c would be the biggest you should go if you still want to look natural. I have a cis friend who is ver thin and she got DD size implants and the look horrific. She doesn't have the skin to hold them and they look way too hard and unnatural.
