BOSTON – An exhaustive government survey of sexual assault and domestic violence recently released by the Center of Disease Control's (CDC) affirmed that 1 in 4 men are victims of domestic violence in the United States and the problem is far more common than previously thought.

  It has been known in the the past.  Most men in the past did not report it due to embarrassment or other issues.  More men had to put up with the violence from their spouses due to the laws protecting women enacted since and being enforced more.  More men are reporting these events now for legal reasons (divorce, tort, medical eligibility, etc).

It's about time Someone got a clue  :)  Violence is not gender specific... It doesn't matter if someone is large or small, male or female, if an individual has a propensity for aggressive and/or violent behavior, that is how they are and will be unless they take steps to better manage their behavior
The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress
