For being young, I'm not very tech savy :p

I think you're on the right lines for passing but maybe a darker hair colour? That's just my opinion mate.

First try at pre-everything make-up. How did I do? Someone on FTM UK said I look "Beowulfy".

I think you did very well. I'd say you pass and did a great job considering you're pre T. The only noticeably thing to me though is your chest but apart from that I think you pass.

Can we see you without the fake facial hair?

Your face reminds me of Joey Fatone for some reason and it might be the "hair".

btw I feel comfortable saying this to you since we have chatted on here a bit. Men don't toss their hair over to one side. With a good cut I think you could pass naturally but hard to tell with the fake hair.

For future reference, just copy the IMG code on the right side of the photo you want to share and paste it in a message.

Yes, you definitely pass for a young teen boy. A more mature hairstyle might add a few more years on you, imo.

Like what would be a good example of one?

Thanks Joey. Yeah, the chest is a pain. The binder helped, but I had taken it off before doing the make-up, so it did mess with the pics.

Himself was due home, so I took everything off, but I'm planning on having another go, so I'll try it without the facial hair next time and see how that looks. I get the feeling it won't look as good, unfortunately. Maybe if I kept the jawline bit but left out the tache...

Oddly enough, I took other pictures with the hair just sitting normally, pulled back, loosely arranged to look shorter etc (as best I could do one-handed), but this was the pic that I thought looked best to me  :-\.

It's not ideal, true, but I suppose now I know what else I can try. I'm rubbish at doing stuff with my hair, and I don't feel ready to chop it off yet (I need to lose a lot more weight before I'll feel comfortable with short hair. Cutting it just now would make me look weird, I'm sure of it).

Your face kinda reminds me of Leo's, so what about something similar to this? Still has "personality" to the style but not as out there as the "->-bleeped-<- hawk" I've seen a lot of guys sporting.

I could try something like that, when my hair darkens again I can grow sideburns out a little bit

There's dark hair

Yup, if you're going to keep that style I'd vote for the darker hair.

I'm a straight guy (just sayin') but you're a sharp looking kid for sure. (and I want to steal your UA hoodie, lol)

Dark hair is definitely better. You definitely pass with dark hair I reckon.

I love my hoodie lol. I wear UA everything like everyday, the boxer jocks are amazing too haha
On a side note, I wouldn't be able to grow it out like that until college.

I think you have masculine looking cheekbones; and you do look Beowulfy.

I am going to get my hair cut as soon as my husband gets served with the divorce papers, hopefully soon! I am going to donate all my hair to Locks of Love, I think it's about 23 inches long, so it should make a nice wig for someone.

I am thinking of going with the Paul Ryan look. I used to have more "punk" haircuts, but I need something professional looking, so I think his haircut would work on me since we both have widow's peaks. What do you guys think? Could I pull this off? Also, what do you think he uses in his hair? It's jst always so perfect looking.

Here's me and Paul from the front:

Paul Ryan *goes into dry heaves*, lol. I'm going to be nice and not comment on him. The hair is a classic cut and very professional friendly.

I am almost certain he uses a pomade or wax. When I bother with my hair it's almost similar to his (got my "usual" cut yesterday. It's faded on the sides/back, top brushes to the front, and the front is spiked a bit) and that is what I use. Keeps everything nice and in place as long as you keep your hands off of it.

Like an Ivy League cut?

Lmao, yeah I am keeping my personal opinion on him to myself too. I've never used pomade or wax, only gel or mousse. I'll have to see what the hairstylist recommends for a brand when I get it done.

Yes! I've had my hair cut this way for the better part of a decade and never knew what the hell it was called, lol. Good to know. I'm too lazy to get my web cam out but if I remember, when my gf gets home I'll use her phone to get a pic and throw it in here.

I've always loved ivy leagues and high n' tights. They look professional and feel good

I think something like that will look great on you. I think a good wax would work well, as it'll give a nice matte look.

I was under the impression that when they said "pre-T makeup" they followed one of those tutorials on youtube that are called things like "how to look like a boy" or whatever (can't remember the names) and are basically how to apply make-up to your whole face to look more male.  So, you should show us a photo of you with no makeup at all on.
