Well, I don't think ziplock bags of water will work for you for very long. Those things are awfully good at springing leaks. I actually saw a demo on TV once where a lady filled plastic bags with smooth peanut butter for use as breastforms. She said gave a good weight and consistency. Still, I can't say as I would try it.
