Fat Grafting help needed

I have seen a few doctors as to ffs and was told that fat grafting would suit my face better instead of implants in the submalar area. My questions and concerns for those that have had this procedure done are;  Does it last? Did you have to get more then one treatment? Would you say the results were noticeable and natural?  Is it worth it better then juvederm?

I just do not have any money to gamble with or throw away. So any help would be a life saver. I am afraid of the fat will just disappear in six months, or be uneven from cheek to cheek. I have had juvederm injections to let me see what it would look like, but I can not afford injections every six months. I was told fat grafting is better then juvederm. So please let me know your experience with your surgery.

my understanding that only part of fat grafts is permant so it would only be a very subtle result long term , im personally going to go with medphore implants locked into place with a titanium screw
