Harvested the first bunch of Bok Choy from my veg garden.  Used it in a Red Chicken Curry. Super hot and super yummy!

It was for our church and originally I was apprehensive about it but my mom was getting on my nerves so I figured I would go just to get out of the house and go for the food.  We played games and what not and all I talked about was anime and video games and everyone else was so confused.  This meeting was pretty much to get to know each other a bit more.

Next month they plan on doing facials at the next meeting.  I may skip that one.  >.>

pretty much nothing. I need to not do the same tomorrow though.
I tried to focus on doing pretty much nothing, but I had to do one wonderful thing. I even kept my kid out of respite for it. We went to the episcopal church down the street to attend their Radiohead liturgy. It was a fundraiser for their food programs. I gave them the money I had in my pocket, which I feel weird doing knowing full well I'm going to turn around and utilize those food programs later. Lol whatever. The service was amazing. They covered mostly songs from Ok Computer and Kid A, but there was a choral a capella rendition of Creep that turned out way better than I would have expected. Most of it was more or less the same arrangements and instrumentation of the original songs. Paranoid Android made my kid get scared. ;D

I had the thought that all of it was pretty heavy material to be dealing with at church. Then I remembered what churches are for.

I spent my day doing man things.. I was up and down a ladder and running network cables around a roof.. Now I'm tired and a little itchy from the insulation..

I broke part of my foot once while spidering my way around an under-roof crawlspace putting in insulation. That is indeed some tiring and itchy work.

I woke up, haha, so I count that as a victory for the day. I've got some studying for the day, though, I have an interview at AutoZone tomorrow morning. Woot! :-)
What the hell was that?!                 From every wound there is a scar,

Put a new blade belt on the mower, lubed it up and got it running and even mowed part of the yard before it got dark. Also filled in a hole the doggy dug while I was working on the mower.
You lubed it up and filled a hole. *kicks self*
Sorry Renee. ;D

I've done a lot of cleaning today. I decided to take a break from apartment hunting and paperwork, and I'm making peace with the things in the house and the fact that I don't need them.

Same old same old for me today.  I sheared sheep and shoveled crap and got my shins kicked all to hell.
This sounds like a good life.

Well I attempted to do my FASFA for college next year but was thwarted by the fact that I need my mom's social security number to continue but she's at work right now.  Oh well.

I got a job!!  ;D Finally, haha. I won't start for 2 weeks, but meh. I can live on baked potatoes and veggie bacon for at least a month (theory=tested), so I'll be good for those 2 weeks :) Also, went to the gym, and watched Rise of the Planet of the Apes. And once this kid falls asleep, I'll be shooting people in the face with a shotgun  >:-)

I fed horses, went to work briefly, fed sheep, hauled hay, ripped down a fence, pulled out a few fence posts and then decided I wouldn't be able to set up the fence I'm going for without help, so I cut a bouquet of flowers for my mom, painted the kitchen, made dinner, and cleaned.

Rough life. ::)

The roughest part was when I finished the can.
