Got my prescription yesterday

I just wanted to share my joy with you girls.
Oh hooray, I started HRT yesterday and I was so overwelmed I couldn't stop smiling and even had a few happy tears.  I had my GG friend  Ann come with me to the Dr. and was glad she did because it is always nice to have someone with you that can share in your enjoyment.  I'm on pills right now and will be quitting smoking in the next week of two.  Once I have quit smoking I will be switched to injections and have to go back to see my Dr. in three months.  I am so happy right now.

Congratulations Michelle,
It's such a wonderful feeling to have finally started the journey. I'm so pleased for you.
Just think about it. If you quit smoking TODAY, 1) You'll be able to start injections straight away and 2) You'll start living a healthier life. (Typical sort of statement you could expect from a reformed smoker - isn't it? Scourge of the earth those types    )
