JOB CITES: Revisiting ->-bleeped-<- in the workplace

Some of you may recall my article a few years back entitled "What About Roberta?" about ->-bleeped-<- in the workplace. In that piece, we followed "Bob," a long-term employee who came into an office seeking support as he went through the process of transitioning from male to female.

Now a recent case before the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit (covering Alabama, Florida, and Georgia) gives us additional insight into how courts view and address gender identity issues.
