King Malachite

Today is my 20th birthday.  Today marks the official 10 year plan that I have for myself.  By the time I am 30 I want to be fully transitioned, meaning top, hysto, bottom etc. and happy and financially stable.  I am not sure when I'm going to start, who will be around me to help if anyone, or how it will all go down but it is something that will happen.   No matter how down I may get right now because I'm unable to transition I know that things will get better.  With a little hard work, determination, positive attitude, cash, and a little bit a luck, I know I will be able to succeed in this long term goal.  I just have to take it one step at a time.  Power is true knowledge and true knowledge comes from the mind so I will use whatever intellect I have to help me along the way.  I have so much catching up to do.  It's going to be a bumpy long road full of twists and turns but I would rather travel that road than to not travel at all.  I'm just beginning with an end in mind.

If by some chance I get very rich then I would look into starting a foundation that would help those who may not have the funds to transition.

There wasn't much point to this post.  I just felt the need to gather my thoughts and give myself some extra motivation.

There was a LOT of "point to this post". It's one of the most positive ones I have read from anyone here just starting out. You're gonna do great and I bet you reach this goal in 1/2 the time you expect it to take.

Many BIG Aussie Happy returns of the day Malachite,

Don't be the least bit surprised, with an attitude and outlook like yours, you succeed much, much sooner than you have planned.

I just wish you could bottle some of that, that you have. You'd make a million in the first week.

And now that you are family here, we'll all be here for you. Don't fuss about that. You're in it for the long haul, so are we. Just remember, even in your darkest moments, you just need one post, PM, phone call, anything, to summons the calvery.

You in fact, I perceive will be a leader of men. You will certainly standout, once there, as someone to take notice of. And just to let you in on a little secret, *whispers* You have already started. You have written the plan. The rest of it just follows.

One of our community who has just gone to the 'Other Side' mentioned it wasn't a race, or a timeframe. Yet it was a sequence of events. She knew what the sequences were, and just performed them when it 'felt' right. Sixteen months later, she is there. She did her homework, knew the risks, pitfalls, the pain, the agony, and just did it with attitude. As you'd know, attitude determines your altitude. That woman is inter galatic, and I believe you are heading the same way.

Stay in touch; otherwise the Aussie Mafia will come looking for you  ;D ;D

Be safe, well and happy
Lotsa huggs
Catherine

P.S. Don't burn the house down with your 20 candles.    Do you need a fire permit for such a fuel load??  :D   Fairy bread on its way via DHL.  Embrace and enjoy YOUR day.

Happy 20th birthday Malachite! This is really inspiring. I think I make about five or six versions of my 15 year plan in my head every week because I'm so indecisive, this has motivated me to plan one a little better and stick to it. :D

Totally agree about the foundation for those who need help funding their transition, though. I would love to be involved with something in the future.

All the best to you, man.

Happy 20th Birthday!! :)

And I want to echo what Catherine Sarah said, but a big English Happy returns of your day :p
I think she wrote down all her words beautifully and I dont know what more to add, really...

I think it is good to see, and is great for you to have such a focused and determined, well, focus.
The fact that you know things will work out, none of us have to encourage you to keep pressing on toward your goals, as you already will be. Dont let your strength falter. I remember vividly what it was like for me at the beginning of everything, hoping one day Ill pass my hopes and goals successfully. I could keep a blurred focus on my goal, but I was plagued by frustration and depression, which  Im sure you feel too!
But its like, I look back now, and think, how? How did I make it? I have actually achieved some of my goals along the way!
We accomplish so much just by sticking around and walking forward in life.
And Im sure youll be taking big steps in your walk :)
Im sure you will reach your goal sooner than you think.

I want to thank you all for your kind words of encouragement on my birthday.  Sometimes it does feel like that day will never come and I do get depressed over that but to echo what was said it will go a lot faster with dedicated goals intact.  I do still have A LOT of growing up to do but that will come in time.  I do like the thought of being a leader of many men once I can get myself together.  I want to be able to help others so bad.

I am even preparing now even though I can't transition at the moment due to parents and lack of resources.  I like to call it "working underground establishing a base" to make me feel more clandestine lol.  I'm saving up any unexpected money I come into and stuff I sell for top surgery. I'm even trying to get a Paypal so I can do gigs on Fiverr or find some other small ways to make money online.  The money I have saved will be posted near my avatar to the left in order to give me more motivation. I even have plans to move closer to my preferred surgeon so I am scoping out the area online finding out the different apartments, jobs, cultures and diversity, public transits, and other things that are nearby.

Just hang on tight because one day I will be able to contribute to topics such as binding and packing.  Then will start my threads saying:

"I'm going to my first session of my gender therapist!"

"I got my T/Surgery Letter"!

"I'm not pre-T anymore!"

"I got my top surgery done!"

"I got my hysto!"

and so on.

Ahhhhh the possibilities!
