Best breast form?

I'm looking at buying breast forms and the prices range from $20 to over a thousand. I'm not afraid to spend what I should, and will save if I need to, but how much difference is there really between the myriad offerings available out there?

I have a pair that I got from TrueKare that I'm still using while on HRT. (I'll have to downsize eventually, as my breastlings are growing.)

The adhesive on the TrueKare forms did eventually wear out, and they recommend the roll-on adhesive "It Stays." I don't. The only thing that It Stays adhered to my skin was my bra. But, Hollister Medical Adhesive (readily available through Amazon works very well with the TrueKare forms. Mine would stay in place for up to 2 days with one coating of that stuff.
