I transitioned in a place I had worked for five years before the watching eyes of about 2,000 members of the community.

If you area trans guy fortunate enough to have a job, chances are good that you either have already transitioned or will be transitioning in a workplace. For me, this was the biggest challenge in my coming out process. Friends? No big deal after I told the first one. Family? I was worried, but when my mom said "I'll love you no matter what," I believed her (brief pause and moment of thanks for my family's support – I recognize not everyone is as fortunate). But telling my boss, coworkers, and people in my workplace scared the hell out of me.
