neck thickness on HRT

Does being on HRT cause the neck to become thinner, like lose of muscle, shrinking of veins and stuff etc

just wondering because I think I have a really thick neck which I hate 😕

I think it does a little but may be due to less interest in doing heavy male stuff that keeps the muscles in the neck big?  Juts feeling the calming effects off E might mean less shouting and anger and slimmed down throat muscles and vocal cords?
