Thin wrists and tiny hands

Hey all. This might be a question in vain but does anyone have any way of building muscle in your wrists, forearms, and hands pre-t? I know t will help with this but right now I feel like this is one of the biggest things that hinders my passing. I already work forty hours a week with my hands and arms so they're quite strong but still look so tiny.  I can't even buy a man's watch without it practically falling off or looking ridiculous.

I think I've heard squeezing a tennis ball helps build up the muscle in the wrists and forearms.

Thanks I'm willing to try anything at this point.

Don't people exercise their hands using a rice bucket? I don't know how visible the effects would be.

hand size is genetics and short of going to work in a fish freezing factory without gloves there's probly no way of building and roughing hands to make them look male.

I and lots of other MtFs have the opposite problem and I quite often notice that if a person suspects I may be TS they will study my hands.
The taxi driver taking me to airport had a good look at them but didn't say anything or change his attitude.
What is even worse if that for some reason or other my hands can go from sleek and shiny and fem enough to dull and finely wrinkled definitely male in a few  minutes...might be a reaction to slight temperature change ? but its annoying.

Well I don't think my hands can get more calloused and rough than they already are, t or no t, considering what I put them through everyday. They're all scarred from loose wires cutting them anyway.  I'm just hoping to build up the muscles some in my wrists and fingers to make them a tiny bit less noticeable. Thanks for the suggestions everyone.

I was under the impression the fingers were worked by the tendons so had to go surf and found this:

how about trying a few chinups any time you have a minute or two and convenient door frame is available?

Find some monkey bars or something like that which forces you to have to hold your full body up in the air.. it will definately stretch your hands and fingers and strengthen the hands and wrist
I'm an Amazon womyn + very butch + respecting MWMF since 1999 unless invited. + I AM A HIPPIE

Every time I see this thread title I just think of Chris Farley singing fat guy in a little coat.

Btw I love how my giant watch dwarfs my child hands and scarecrow wrists. It gives me character. Perfect people are no fun at all. ;D
