I am pleased to welcome Flan back to an IRCOP position.  She has grown significantly in the past year or so and will help us to keep Chat a happy and helpful place.

She was a Channel Moderator. Now an IRCOPerator. We call them all OPs for short.

What does IRCOP stand for?   I am rather hopeless with acronyms.

IRC operator (more privileges then the channel operators)
