The person who took the photograph should have set that bush on fire.    Spiders have a place in our world, but did God have to make them so utterly repellent in appearance and movement?    He could have designed a much cuter creature to keep the insect population from getting out of hand.

I shared a hut in Spain with a tarantula for 3 months. She was pretty mellow, fortunately. But they scare the hell out of me if they're big and move quickly. I don't hate them, I'm just scared of them.
