I've seen talk about different types of lasers. Does anyone have experience with the "Cutera Coolglide". The reason I ask is that this morning I opening my email and there is a groupon for 6 treatments, a medium area "full face" would be $249. I need some opinions on this laser before I drop the money on it.

I'm going to do it. From what I can find the place is reputable. I just can't pass up $249 for 6 treatments. Most of the pricing that I've found is more than that for one treatment.

How often do you go? Every 4 to 6 weeks?

Every 5 to 7 weeks. It varies depending on their appointment lists, but anything less than 4 is 'chancy' because old, dead bristles may not have fallen out by then. They like you clean shaven, but I always shave twelve hours before so that the dark bristles are easily visible.

I got my face, neck and chest for 6 sessions for £99 ( = $150). The chest is coming along really well with large bare patches on it with the occasional grey poking out. There is a little cluster of greys in the middle but when I finish the treatment the epilator will get the tiny number of greys on the chest and I will see about electrolysis for the grey beard bristles.

I was thinking of going every 6 weeks. The second the groupon comes in, I'm calling to make some appointments.

$249 is cheap.

my laserists insist on 4 weeks.
