T day!

So its official. I am starting T today. Just have to take my T and needles back into the doctor so they can show me how to inject. I am on top of the world!  😀

Thanks! I just got my first shot, and I am happy to say that it went smoothly. It hit me after I got back into my car, and I spent about ten minutes laughing from sheer joy.

Congrats!! When my therapist said she would give me the go ahead to start T I just giggled the rest of the session. After my first shot I was so excited I had to sit in my car for awhile till I could think clearly. I also called some friends. I wanted to do a happy dance I was so happy.

Thanks everyone! I have been really over the moon since yesterday. I have actually checked my leg several times and just stared in wonder that it finally happened. I actually asked my partner if yesterday had been a dream.  On a side note, I have felt incredibly calm and peaceful all day, even though I should by all rights be a nervous wreck. Its a wonderful feeling.
