Due to flooding in the area, the town of Tarnagulla (yes, it is a real name!) has lost it's water supply. 

The trucks that were to bring in drinking water are unable to reach it due to the floods.

To add to the bizarreness quotient, being a country town, the majority of the locals will have rainwater tanks anyway!
