I've been taking mine "sub-linguilly" (sp?--"under the tongue") for about a week now...they dissolve in about a minute or two.

Don't know if there's really going to be any difference, but I feel better about taking them this way.

I've been doing the same, kinda surprised on how quickly they dissolve even if they get slightly damp.   As far as moods go.. so far so good, too soon to tell anything major.  Though I've been kinda giggly this week.
