So there I was, minding my own business, picking up a passenger...

When a family (mom, dad, little boy) walked by...the little boy said,

"Look mom! That man is a lady!"  :o

I could only smile and wave.

They hurried off with their purchases....  ::)
...I think for most of us it is a futile effort to try and put this genie back in the bottle once she has tasted freedom...

Hi Beth Andrea,

Children always amaze me, they are so perceptive and don't edit, very direct.

I am a small frame, slim 5' 1" and I noticed children would size me up and either to their parents or me would say "you are a little man." If it was to me I responded "yes." sometimes they would ask "why." I was pretty comfortable with that. Kids can be cute.

Cheers

Jamie

This happens in reverse to me. I was at the grocery store and a little kid said to her mom "Why is that girl wearing boys clothe?" perceptive indeed.

Not yet. I make do by gluing false eyelashes to my nostrils; seems to throw people off a bit.

I don't know what do you look like but i believe a lot in the simple law of attraction-"the same attracts the same". Maybe that is what you think of your self and you just attract it in others, who mirror your believe system. Kids are quiet honest and they say what they think. Perhaps you should start changing your believes about yourself. Maybe you will find my comment totally insane, maybe you will learn something from it. It is up to you.

I'm quite mannish in appearance, except for the earrings, nails, hair and light makeup.

I am working on the internal "how I present myself" details, and the more experience (ie, TIME) I get in this RLE, the better I'll present. In many ways I'm pretty girlie...but in 100 unseen ways I'm not.

I'm not real big on the "I believe myself to be a woman, therefore everyone should believe I'm a woman" idea. There was a poster here recently (Masha) who said "It takes WERK!", and it does. However, work of any substantial sort requires time, not dreaming.
