I have been having the same issues.  Through Comcast/AT&T.

I just found that using ninjacloak.com allowed me back in. . . I've been having near anxiety attacks from not having my daily Susans

FWIW I find that with enough fiddling with proxies, I can almost always get on. It is mighty frustrating, and less technically inclined users may go elsewhere fragmentinf our community I worry.

I have had problems getting on for well over a week now, I am so surpriesed that I can get on now.  I have had some success with a sslproxy if I can not get in the regular way.
I am glad things seem to be working now, I hope it stays that way.  Aloha everyone.
