I would personally never go to a doctor who doesn't do FFS. There are two doctors in LA who do FFS: Dr Mayer and Dr Alter, that I know of.
I was talking about Dr Nassif regular nose jobs. He is good and the thing with him is that his web site shows good and no so good results which talks about his professionalism. The truth is that every doctor has not so good results but very few show them publicly. That talks about his honesty as a doctor and his intention for the patients to get realistic expectation. If he was not good with nose jobs he would not be internationally recognized as world authority for rhinoplasty. Just for a note, Dr Nassif teaches cosmetic surgeons around the world about rhinoplasty and his courses are highly respected and visited by his colleagues.
If you are talking about rhinoplasty from a professional point of view then you will know that noses are the hardest thing in the facial surgery do be done especially secondary or tertiary nose jobs and very few doctors do them right.
You said that his secondary rhinoplasty is nothing special. Well, that is something to talk about. The secondary rhinoplasty always has limited options, and maybe that was the maximum.
His prices are over the roof I agree. But obviously somebody is paying that much money when he is still in the business.
