Jenna Talackova, the 23-year-old beauty queen from Vancouver who was thrown out of Miss Universe Canada Pageant for not being a "naturally born female," has determined to fight for justice.

Talackova tweeted: "I'm disqualified, however I'm not giving up. I'm not going to just let them disqualify me over discrimination."
The young transgender, who got media attention from around the world, will be taking the Donald Trump-owned beauty pageant to court. Thousands of people have come forward to support her cause, and now she has legal representation for her battle against the pageant's decision.
