Michelle here,

Northern California....just waiting for more sun after the wet late spring ;)

Since a very young age...inside looking out so very much a girl but was pretty much ok being male just to get along with family and people in general..as I grew older the frustration was and is there to be "all girl" just has never been practical or "safe" to transition due to career and a whole list of other things we all run across.

very happy to find this forum!! so nice to see so many "like me" people :)

Oh it is.  We like to have fun and joke around here.  The "Aussie Mafia" should be here after a while to greet you.   I am from S.C.

Hi Michelle , :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 6503  strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister. :icon_hug:

And be sure to check out these links ( MUST READS )

Hi Michelle, it's nice to meet you! I live near Boston. Listen, Australian is almost like speaking English. You just shriek a lot more when they get you with a branding iron or lobotomy knife. It takes some getting used to, but I'm sure you'll do fine! Hugs, Devlyn

I have some very very good mates and close family friends in Australia and NZ...am quite familiar with their deranged sense of humor...zest for life and accents that just make me melt with envy...one day I hope to endure and or suffer that loooong flight to visit my brothers and sisters down under...I love them all

Hi Michelle,

Here's a very warm Aussie welcome to Susan's family. Pleased to know you already understand our little eccentricities. Struth blue; you almost sound like one of us already. I guess that comes from hanging upside down all the time, being on the bottom of the world and all ....... but ...... Hey! wait a minute. We're NOT on the bottom, North America and Europe is. Well after all, if I leave SYD at 08:00 bound for LAX. I arrive LAX 16:00 the same day. But you get me to return and I leave LAX 19:00 Fri, I'm home 08:00 Sunday morning. That's over a day and a half. No wonder it takes longer, it's all UPHILL.

Anyhow, as Janet has wrapped this whole family up into such a perfect over view of what happens here, I hope you decide to stay and that your stay is long. Australia's Charge d'Affaire, Devlyn from Boston will metre out any due floggings or brandings deemed appropriate by the "GodMother" from SA (That's Sth Oz BTW)     :o

You are most welcome to visit, anytime. We'll get most annoyed if you don't tell us.

Be safe, well and happy
Lotsa huggs
Catherine

Dear lawd Jamie!! Didn't your doctor tell you about suntaned nipples? Not good for them. You need at least the top half of a bikini to protect the little girls. NOW explain that at your next medical      ;D

I'm careful, cat.  I grew up spending much time at the beach and in the sun.  I have always used some sort of sunscreen to develop that nicely bronzed look.

But since last spring, I've hardly had the opportunity.  There's noting quite like a tanned butt.  Mine is so white right now, it can light up a room at night.

Hey Jamie, that's cool. I'll get Cindy to invite you along to our next party.      ::)

But all in all, good to hear you've kept up the sunscreen.

I cant wait to get my all over tan going! We have eight acres of sun drenched hillside here at the place, and one of the best nude beaches in the state is just up the hill from us on the east shore of lake Tahoe :)
This last month has been way  to gray for this Claifornia Girl ;)

My haunts have included the Santa Barbara coast, west of the University.  But with the price of gasoline, I've not made the trip in some time.

Jamie, I spent my first four years in SLO while dad went to CalPoly, I would love to take a long weekend and go explore down there...fun memories of going to the beaches :)
