Are there any Louisiana-born transfolk out there?

I could use some help.  I was born in Louisiana and can't make sense of the requirements for correcting your birth certificate there.  I live in Australia, so going to talk to a Louisiana lawyer is not possible right now.  What surgery constitutes "anatomical correction of sex"?  Do I need to get an official diagnosis from a psychiatrist, too?  Please, I am stressing too much over this :(

If you get a surgeon with a medical degree to say the requirements have been met, they aren't likely to look into what exactly that entails. A lot of people for social security just keep the surgeon's statement vague. Idk about Louisiana particularly though.

Thanks, Felix.  It would really throw a huge cog in the works if I couldn't get it changed without bottom surgery :(
